Our next generation of sealed, disposable SureMed 31-Day multi-med cards are for those who want to simplify their medication programs. This pharmacy grade blister card can be filled, sealed and labeled easily at home. Your starter kit comes with a 26 cards and blisters, roller and foam template to help you quickly fill your SureMed card. Each 31-day card will hold 31 multi-med doses of either your morning or afternoon or evening or bedtime dose. If you only take two multi-med doses a day, say in the morning and at bedtime, you’ll only need to use two cards per month. We can also supply morning and bedtime labels that you can use to distinguish each card.

This SureMed 31-Day card will help you organize all of your medications for a specific day and time.

All 31-days of your morning medications will fit into one card, which you’ll then place a morning label on. Next you also take several medications in the afternoon. You’ll fill another card with 31 multi-med doses of your afternoon medications and label that card afternoon.

Finally you take a few multi-med doses at bedtime before going to sleep. You’ll fill another card with 31 multi-med doses of your bedtime medications and label that card bedtime.

You’ll end up with 3 cards that will supply all of your medicatons for the entire month in morning, afternoon and bedtime doses.
